There is a chance that a Partner is in sight and that event will change the dynamics.
The Potential Partner might take ALL the unallocated Shares of The CR & from Regal, and buy aggressively more in the market driving the price to $0.90- $1.00
That is exactly what happened to MSB in the last CR.
GG bought all the unallocated shares and kept buying on the market to increasing his share holding from 4% to 15% ( shares went from $0.30 to $0.90 within 3 weeks.
Is it possible? YES
