THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

1. Pursuant to section 33Y(3) and 33(X) of the Act, the Court specifies that the solicitors for the applicants give notice to Group Members of the right of Group Members to Opt Out of the proceedings, and of the application for Court approval of the discontinuance of the proceedings against the tenth and eleventh respondents (Discontinuance Application) by:

(a) publishing the Notice set out in Schedule One in The Australian newspaper on or before 4 April 2014; and
(b) transmitting the Notice contained in Schedule Two to the postal or email address of each of the Group Members last known to the solicitors for the applicants on or before 4 April 2014.
