From the OIS article Kodiac Sciences were mentioned. Kodiac are developing/trialing their AMD drug and raised $100mUS to do it.

Given that OPT are further advanced in the trial process with good safety and efficacy and safety profile for OPT302 I wonder at the value anomaly that exists between the two companies. From where I sit OPT are a bargain and I wonder what we might be valued at with a US listing!!
