    So OPT won't need to fund the DVA from let's say the next CR or the exercise of options OPTOA. However, I am correct it would be due after approval but maybe before the flow of funds from sales?

    Anyway most likely is there would be a bidding war biggrin.png which the successful bidder would have to pay out the DVA in full (and I hope no more than in full)
