There'll be no cap raise yet. Price is too low and I suspect that they'd be targeting a cap raise closer to/or at the completion of phase 3 trials when speculation kicks in and the share price is further north of its current price tag. A cap raise now would make no sense at all.

In fact, any mention of a cap raise at this point in time is fanciful.

I believe that the company have spelt this out quite clearly in their latest Quarterly Activity Report released only 11 days ago.
