Obviously it is a case of buying on any dip. The broader market a) hasn't heard of EDE and b) fund investors can't buy in microcaps so will wait if they are even aware of it until it is a small cap at > $100m. the market is not good at conviction, fact based investment. What 30 year old fund type who has never worked on a building site or even spoken to a construction worker or engineer would have a clue about cement?
The market prefers crowd endorsement which is essentially the basis of "asset allocation"
