Don't know about the director, but it is strange.
They have taken over (we don't know the details yet) a company that is growing rapidly, make a profit and seem to have big potential.
And it is sold off, probably scooters don't sound the in thing, if they said they were drilling for oil or digging a hole they would have risen, but mos miners simply lose money, these make a profit.
So I think it will bounce when the daytraders sell all theirs,
Bottom line is profit is the name of the game, most just aspire to it and never do.
