Optimal mining shares

I hope I dont get any "new thread rage" from anyone, i can't find the old thread on this.
Anyways, I contacted Jurgen at Optimal today, asking when are we receiving the Optimal shares and when will they be listed. Also I said it has been a while. Response (which he copied to Frank Poulas) is:

Dear xxx,
xxx is presently holding xxx Fully paid ORD shares in Optimal Mining Limited. Optimal Mining Limited is presently an unlisted public company and still intends to list on the ASX after it has finalised its current transaction relating to a cobalt\nickel project in the DRC. As a guide, the listing process usually takes approx. 3 months to complete, so at the earliest the listing could occur during Q4 of 2019 or in Q1 of 2020
