Good post Stagman.
There is no way that DRA has put in $6 million worth of effort on their 22 million free shares.
In essence, DRA has paid $3 million plus some time and effort for their BFS.
Why?
Well, DRA could sell 32 million shares at say 20 cents to get get back net $3 million dollars ($32 million * 20 cents - $3 million outlay).
At 30 cents, they make $6 million net.
I can bet that the effort put into the BFS by DRA cost less than $3 million of DRA's time and effort.
Let's see what the market does tomorrow.
My bet is 20 cents maximum.
