The fees for their work was about $5-6Million for the 2 years.
so that does equate to about 27 cents per share.
Where do you get weighted average of 15cents.
That price paid is reasonable for the amount of service provided. I am in the engineering field and you would be suprised at some of the consulting fees charged for some of the larger projects.
