We are well past the referral stage so this should not apply
My concern is the waiting for information - is this a delaying tactic to get around the statuaory timeframe of 30 days thy talk about -IE we asked for some more information so that resets the clock. There might be a link to to the recently completed bethnic algale mat survey - that might be what they are waiting on in which case it is now done.
I am still hopeful of approvals before christmas.
