It's clear that MGO are looking to debt rather than equity to move this forward. Based on my logic there should be very little dilution moving forward. I'll be surprised if we issue more than 500m shares.
From the info publicly available, this puppy looks like it will be fully funded into production. 70% debt from NFC and 20% equity from PNG govt equals 100% funded. All is needed is a positive DFS!!
