The relentless selling could be because of any or several of these reasons. And there may well be other reasons.

1. Perhaps prudential stop-loss selling may have been triggered for a large holder or holders. The charts and volumes indicate that perhaps 20 cents might have been the final straw for some. And it has only gotten worse since the SP fell through 20 cents..

2. Perhaps it is just a continuation of selling momentum, You can't stop a juggernaut in its tracks.

3. Perhaps somebody knows something that mere mortals don't know, and the leak is spreading.

4. Perhaps more and more investors are thinking that, despite possessing wonderful ip, this company has (insert your own words) management.

5 The CEO appears to be retiring soon, which could be a massive negative for some holders.

In my opinion, only number 3 above would be of serious concern, and it is not even very likely considering that strict regulations govern disclosure.
