McPhillamys is my focus.I just went through all announcements quickly re McPhillamys approvals and found that in the last quarterly and they said "We continue to work constructively with NSW DPIE in relation to permitting for the McPhillamys Project and remain confident that a recommendation by DPIE to the IPC and a subsequent determination by the IPC will likely be made in the first half of FY22." That is by 31 December 2021, not 30 June as some have speculated.I also found this in the project section of their website:- "Regis expects a decision on the Development Application would be made during 2021." i.e. by 31 December 2021. So I think it is clear that there is a consistent date and the promise is for a decision by 31 December 2021.The next quarterly is due within 2 weeks so we will have an update soon enough, but it could easily be the same words. If anything had happened about the approval, we should have heard and would have heard. It's too sensitive. There is a horrible chance that it be knocked back but it should be the no 1 interest of management to adjust, compromise, or deal as necessary, to solve the water problem and get the approval!
