    I couldnt speculate on what plans CCI have in the pipeline . But just looking at the chart and the technicals , this will be a rocket once any positive news gets out.

    This has been building up to something big for the past 2 years. During this period the obv has been rising while the sp has been slowly falling. At some point soon (assuming no bad news ) the sp should rise significantly given the big volumes being bought recently.
