Totally agree- if ON do go belly up there shareholding in AJM will not be sold on open market. It will be scooped up by a bigger player looking to secure supply of which there are many! It's quite obvious that even through serious cashflow difficultly ON held onto AJM-what does this tell you ? AJM have successfully warded off a low ball takeover, and have made it clear that any take over now would not be in the best interests of shareholders ( this statement was made when the share price was 30 cent). As shareholders looking at the long term picture that's all we need to know. PS I note ON had s particular focus on R&D and it appears that licensing of their patents may secure access to the The lucrative Chinese market for any western player. Don't underestimate this small but very important detail.
