The amount of information provided to shareholders by Kazia is unsatisfactory.
This is the only F-3 filing I can find for Kazia on the SEC.gov website.

There is a section on voting.
The document also states that the usual conversion fee is $5 per 100 ADS (which is 1,000 shares).
