Option 2 vs 3, page-2

I'm leaning to option 3 also. It may be hard to sell but that is the problem of anyone wishing to buy us out.

Somebody has to hold the aussie stock and I'm a shareholder not a beneficiary so enjoy all the rights that come with that. DYOR.
Private equity is usually the domain of hedge funds etc I'll just be an ant who gets absorbed on those terms in any event.

If you want to remain liquid this is not a good option.
