The conversion form states the ratio including rounding down not up. Computershare seem to indicate that the ADS process may take 10+ business days, this means even if you have set up a nasdaq trading platform you can't sell anything for weeks, certainly not on Monday after the DIPG data. As was stated in the nasdaq rationale most of the staff/board are USA based, hope they have good legal advice as any SP increase that former asx holders can't sell in to = class action.
