Identify me a current board able to raise this sort of cash without Chinese cash at the moment.
I really don't care who is running FML to be honest with you, I just want to see the company make progress and ALL shareholders make money. I can't see how throwing out the Board will achieve this though.
PS: As far as Boards go, there are worse. I have met some and experienced their ability to root things up massively. They didn't even have to try.
