    I dont' see it as make or break?

    As you say even if the deal fell over. Which it doesn't sound like it will given NKP are obviously keen on it.

    Then the stock would be worth at least 20+ anyway.

    But this selling has me stumped.

    Someone selling in order to convert the 15 cent options???
