If you subscribe to 100,000 - Options (Partly Paid Shares) it will cost you $1,500.00 and will the received the following:

1. 100,000 (Partly Paid shares/options) with 1.5 cents remaining to be paid, these are unlisted, as they expire in May 2009.

2. 25,000 (Free) options ex-price of 5 cents expiring 31.12.2011 - These options will be listed and can be sold on market (They should have some value).

If you do nothing else your 100,000 partly paid shares will expire at the end of May 2009 and you'd be left with 25,000 options.

However, if you exercise partly paid shares by paying the remaining 1.5 cents (total $1,500) you will then receive 100,000 FP Shares, and 75,000 options ex-price of 5 Cents expiring 31.12.2011

Alternatively you can write a cheque for $3,000 and get you full complement of shares and options upfront.
