The differential makes perfect sense. It's a 2009 option...over 2 years to exercise. As a starting point I recommend you read up on the Black-Scholes Option pricing model, but unless you have a degree in mathematics you probably won't understand it.
I actually think the differential should be about 7c, and I suspect it will work towards this in the coming days.
