You can only go on what you've been told - if there's a known delay to to drilling they would have to announce it.
But minds run wild and now we have these conflicting theories "management are delaying to make options expire" "greenies have held us up and we're not being told."
If the greenies were doing something concrete they would be letting everyone one, at the moment they're just doing a few marches and saying "we demand they stop".
