Honestly I can't seem to fathom why approval has not been granted yet?
Why was approval to proceed past 100m not applied for and granted before drilling commenced or while it was occuring? 100m is very small, this is poor management in the least.
They've been planning this for 6 years and now are at a huge road block just before oppies expire, with no milestone delivery.
The only reasonable explanation to this is issues outside their control, which they choose to not share with stakeholders.
or management are delaying delibaretly. Either scenario, this does not look good.
