Archer Daniels Midland (AN AMERICAN WHEAT GIANT) after buying 10% of the shares in Graincorp (AUSTRALIA'S BIGGEST WHEAT EXPORTER)is looking at doing a complete takeover. Foreign Investment Review Board hasn't done anything and I bet they won't do anything.
Now just imagine after taking 51% stake in FML, Shandong Gold does the same to remaining 49% holders of FML. I bet FIRB still won't do anything and we won't be able to do anything unless we vote AGAINST THE DEAL RIGHT NOW AND KICK THE MANAGEMENT OUT.
