rhiannon, I doubt that options holders will be allowed to 'double dip'. I would expect that you can either convert prior at 20c to get the USN distribution or get the discounted exercise price with no USN allocation.
I would assume this is specified somewhere in the documentation posted to holders or you could ring and speak with the company.
