It was kind of what I thought...As far as phoning the co.
I have tried that twice but each time I end up with Sue, the accountant..Very helpful but did not seem to have a good grasp of what is going on with the co.
An example being when I told her about the change of the option price from 20c to 18c she had no idea about that and I had to point out in the prospectus where this is stated
Anyway it is not up to her to know those kind of details..just seemed I was shuffled off from the directors
No mind!!

So I quess the other thing to consider is that if USN votes the deal down the options will still be 20c.
Which also makes me wonder why USN did not call their meeting when they knew ARD was having a meeting and that the deal could not go through without them having their meeting??
no meeting of the minds LOL
