I believe the directors relied on option conversions tp raise funds. Unfortunately apart from Iain, Ashley and a few others, no one has converted yet. The is mainly die to the share price trading below 2c for most of the year. So I don't blame them for taking this action. In fact I support it as it means the plant will now get built....surely it is going to come at a cost for some option holders...but long term, this is a very smart move by the company.
Unlike the majority on this site, I dont care about the share price short term....I only care about the long term survival of the company...
because I am looking forward to either a takeover or dividends.
