those in the know do not really care paying significantly more for the opportunity and buying on market is an issue because i was told it is possibly overseas investors

But i was querying the logic behind converting such a relatively little amount. Why not get 500K etc.

So yes, this is gonna fly i reckon but who, how, why etc. is anybody's guess
