Option Conversion

Could raise about$13m if all options are exercised.

Given they are only marginally in the money, I would estimate $4-$6 million at this stage.

That may be enough to pay for the acquisition if they have struck a bargain.

A lot of positive indicators for this stock (oil sector recovery, small cap recovery, contract wins, economies of scale from an acquisition).

Ill be exercising my options.
