Given the changes since the last scoping study in 2012, as outlined in the presentation, I'd say they are very confident. Huge improvements to mineral beneficiation. Reduced comminution, higher concentrate grade and improved product purities. Higher vanadium price and increased interest in battery tech globally. I don't think they are intentionally holding the SS or CS back, they will be working on the details as outlined in the recent update. Oppies held up well today. GLTAH.
