If the shareholders took the kazaksthan deal to the board for "review" as was announced to the asx.why has the board told the shareholders where to shove the deal ?.

The stock run hard in anticipation of something a while back which I personally thought was related to their next door neighbours project having good drill results but was later suggested by brokers and this chanel to be more to do with the oil deal being good for the stock.

Does the board have more faith in the current project than the shareholders who were keen to introduce a new deal or does it mean the proposed deal was not so good and RRS is left with little cash ,options out of the money and in need to raise cash for blue sky they are yet to locate.
