Option disparity

    So if the oppies are 3.7c with a 4c conversion and the heads are 8.2c, that looks like a disparity to me. Assuming there is no additional cost to convert, there's 0.5c that could be made for nix.. (All things being equal)..
    however, what I don't know is how long it takes to convert oppies to heads...
    has anyone converted through IHL that may know that timeline???
