No worries, one would expect if there were a takeover on the cards, the price will be driven up by people in the know or on strong rumours. ADD a possible premium built into the take over price, and whamo, your sitting on a pretty paper profit. By staying in the options, your profit is leveraged more than converting into the heads.
Lets be honest, Gas and Oil is not cheap anymore and with the recent Gas crisis in W.A, most inverstors are waking up to how important energy is. If these guys don`t get taken over, what will their assets and ultimately, their share prices be worth Jan 2010??????
Any decent Oil and Gas stock at the moment are sure to be a must in any ones portfolio!
