Nothing wrong with Perfect Pete at all and the assets that Range Resources own (own not owe money on) have the potential to hit $2-4 billion asset value with a couple of announcements like:
1. T&T - Hererra strike (possibly multiple times this year)
2. Georgia - Strike (possibly multiple times this year)
3. Puntland - Strike (possibly multiple times this year)

Lets not forget once Texas is proven up there will be a dividend as Perfect Pete stated in the video.

The derampers will come cause they know the fuse is lit here and the little fire cracker that is Range right now is about to become an Monster Rocket heading to the Moon and nothing will stop it.

As Buffet says, eventually the share price will reflect reality - we are a 20p stock right now on current independent asset valuations and with a Georgia and/or Puntland strike on this has the potential to make the 52 week high look like an absolute bargain.
