You have an extremely uneducated appreciation of how markets work pal. There is $200 million of cash sitting on Lynas' table waiting to be taken, being guarded only by Lynas executives competence and strategy. It is completely fair and reasonable for investors to look at deficiencies in Lynas' protection of this cash. It happens ALL THE TIME. It is happening right now with Lynas. There are companies that specialize in making tens to hundreds of millions of dollars by taking a position in companies they believe have no ability to remain solvent. Any legal methods to exploit those weaknesses (eg funding Stop Lynas blockade of facility, funding shareholders lawsuit against company etc). Are you naive enough to think all legal tools available will not be used to clip $50 million or $100 million of the remaining market cap if that player commits to such a strategy?
