Remember what happened to ABC learning. Sophisticated shorters took that company down in a heartbeat. There is so much money up for grabs they will use all tools and techniques. When you look at Lynas there is $200 million of REAL DOLLARS sitting on the table waiting to be taken. What some people fail to realize is you don't need to eliminate the processing plant and deposit to get to zero, just get the noteholders to take it back....BIG DIFFERENCE.
