Me thinks that there should be a s/h's meeting to approve the sale ... if not, why not ???

Any thoughts on this as some recent postings tend to indicate NO by s/h's.

As Y888 says, Tony should wind up IGC and pay out to s/h's.

Would be a good result for s/h's rather be kept hanging on with a promise of 'increasing s/h value' as seems to be the standard line put out by all boards.

Several have indicated paying 40c + to buy in on Tony's over-enthusiastic expectations.
