    Any takers on why VLA has to solicit for people to convert their options for late June and PGL doesn't? Even though PGL's expire tomorrow.

    I am guessing because people in PGL have a compelling reason to convert and need no encouragement and VLA doesn't.

    This thing is a bust....in dollars and the tumors.
