    "Choice" to acquire up to 10% of CDN? I'd say it was included as a part of the ongoing dealings with GRAM.

    ie

    ORD management lead negotiators on behalf of GRAM to acquire CDN. Success fee?

    JV with GRAM on copperflats - package includes 3.5 one off payment to ORD plus 10.8m in exploration capital. (Which IMO completely derisks the CF project. There will only be upside to this project from now on if any commercial size deposits are found.)
