With all due respects I can not see any payment due for the land option in the company's notice. It does however give ATC time to establish the results of the Johar operation at the same time as securing at least 12 months hold on the property. Remember this was initiated by Saxony's government and not ATC and if proven practical would be a company maker being Germany's heart of the EV production.
