I think this is a great move all dependent on funding as with Plant 1 but considering the engineering and funds are most likely prominently European based this could come together very nicely. Co-location with the big auto and future battery manufacturing hub is also a massive advantage once in production. A long way to go of course but if they pull funding off this will be huge.
