The name, option games, is very interesing. To win a game, you need to know what you have and what you don't have, and the environment for the game.

In my view,
1. The option holders have not the time, which is the asset of any option.
2. The option holders have the right to buy the stocks at $0.10. If FMS has the IO and big enough, the holders could be rewarded too.
3. The option excercise needs more capital. The option holders might have or might not.
4. It is hard to make a decision how to deal with the held options.
5. What KW would do about the options seems evident and it seems sure the time value is dimishing.
6. What will you do? Depend on your risk profie not anything else imho. You should forget what happened but think about the IO probability and the risk affordability.
7. What will happen? We simply don't know but we have to be ready to take the consequences.
