Agree entirely AXOG is the more sensible play given current situation.

My interpretation of what's happening at the moment is AXO have been told by their Chinese friends the CAPEX for the project is too high and to go back to the drawing board to come up with something more affordable. If they fail to come back with something in the right ball park I cant see this project ever realistically getting off the ground.
