Agree that there needs to be a legal basis for the argument for an extension of the options. Many here put there hard earned in at the time which had the immediate effect of securing the company as a viable entity.

I would not dismiss this element in appealing to any court proceeding as it may not be a legal argument that can be established but sentiment goes a long way when you look at the history of these directors and how self interest has overruled their obligations to represent their shareholders! Any court worth its salt would take those factors into consideration.

I also would think the reasoning for the extension of the current NKPO could be used as reasoning to continue the series. The fact the VAT and ML registration has taken more time than could possibly have been conceived during the term of the NKPO is another factor.

We seem to have forgotten about the Tubatse farms and the fact that we have now lost those assets, after spending I think $25m on resource development, and yet Genorah received 250m NKWE shares for these? My memory on these facts is vague but this certainly happened during the term of NKPO and the corrective action of the return of the gifted NKWE shares seems to have been conveniently forgotten!

So many levels of f'd up in this company...but it is irrefutable the value of the assets under our control. That value must be represented as our common price for sale. Last time I looked it was over AUD$0.30.
