All; oppie holders are offered one for one , UNLISTED new oppies at 1 cent ...

Unlisted Oppies can not be traded

So all the disgruntled Oppie holders who wanted to participate in the class action ..

They NOW have to prove that they were going to exercise their options instead of trading them ..


So now the company has said , okay , we will issue new options , but they will be unlisted , not able to be traded , but you have ONE extra year to exercise them..

By the way , exercise price is Still ONE dollar
