I must admit what Askari (AS2) did was a first I've seen given the options expired awhile back. So when a Company says they can't do this type of thing of course they can. The recent comments made by some holders are spot on IMO. People myself included, bought shares or options prior to the end of last year based on previous what appear to be now outlandish comments made by management.
