This management nor the previous management have met ANY timelines.
You can keep defending them all you like, the proof is in the price.
Pathetic and incompetent but yet felt it was ok to hand themselves shares, options, termination packages before kicking a single goal.
If that's not a cash grab and taking shareholders for a ride, i don't know what is.
