I can assure you solicitors have already been spoken with and a game plan is in place should the things we all suspect end up true. Your last sentence is 100% correct. They don't want the options in the money. But what will they do if they have to have a CR at a lower price, how will they justify that to shareholders. This mob are now on the nose. I know of at least 2 people who have sent emails to them about various topics. No response.
When they first came on board, they were happy to take calls and respond to emails to get holders on side. But now, they no longer need us on side, they can ignore us. It was all about getting the CR across the line and getting their remuneration/termination packages approved.
If shareholders can't see that, they have their heads in the sand.
